In August 2025, The Freedom and Justice Partnership (FJP) was granted charity status by the Charity Commission in England and Wales. Not only does this mean that you can be confident in the integrity and mission of FJP, it also means that Gift Aid can be claimed on your donation, so each £1 you donate becomes £1.25. Higher rate tax payers can reclaim an amount through their annual self assessment tax return.
